1. Introduction
Welcome to Stanovnik. We provide B2B software as a service (SaaS) and digital tools for data management. By accessing our software, you agree to these Terms of Service. Stanovnik is a software provider, not a real estate broker, agent, or representative.
2. Nature of Services
Our platform provides digital infrastructure, UI rendering tokens, and data analytics tools to organize and display property data. All financial transactions regarding physical real estate properties occur entirely off-platform between third parties. We do not process real estate deposits, handle escrow, or facilitate the actual transfer of physical goods.
3. Payments and Billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our software subscriptions and digital licenses. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns related to software purchases. By purchasing a subscription, you enter into a direct agreement with Paddle.
4. User Content and Data
You retain all rights to the data you upload to our software. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of your portfolio data. We apply data-sorting algorithms and UI customization based on your subscription tier.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our software for any user who violates Paddle's Acceptable Use Policy or engages in fraudulent activities.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Macedonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
