1. Digital Goods Policy

Due to the immediate access nature of our digital software licenses, UI rendering tokens, and analytics data, all sales are generally considered final upon activation.

2. SaaS Subscription Exceptions

For our recurring Agency and Developer SaaS subscriptions, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first month only, provided the account has not actively utilized the advanced API, exported data reports, or hosted extensive architectural files during that period.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund review under the exceptions clause, please contact our support team. As Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record, approved refunds will be processed directly back to your original payment method via the Paddle platform.
